FSA/HSA
If you plan to use your FSA/HSA card, we do require a prescription for massage from your doctor. Please email the prescription to our office before your first appointment. We can provide you a superbill for your insurance claim.
Personal Injury Protection (PIP)
Eligibility and Verification:
PIP is accepted for open and active claims.
All claims must be verified before your initial massage appointment.
It is your responsibility to stay informed about your PIP balance. Massage Synergy is not responsible for verifying your balance.
Booking Your Appointment:
Email your claim information to our office before your first appointment.
Include your date of injury, claim number, and the claim handler's contact information.
Once your claim is verified, we will contact you for the initial appointment.
Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Venmo/ Cash
We accept all major credit cards, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. We also accept Venmo and cash.

Cancellation / No Show
At Massage Synergy, we are dedicated to your healing and well-being through personalized therapy. We believe in providing exceptional care without the expectation of tips. Thank you for choosing us.
Tipping/ Gratuity
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required, or a $40 fee will apply for late cancellation or no-show.
