FSA/HSA

If you plan to use your FSA/HSA card, we do require a prescription for massage from your doctor. Please email the prescription to our office before your first appointment. We can provide you a superbill for your insurance claim.

Personal Injury Protection (PIP)

Eligibility and Verification:

  • PIP is accepted for open and active claims.

  • All claims must be verified before your initial massage appointment.

  • It is your responsibility to stay informed about your PIP balance. Massage Synergy is not responsible for verifying your balance.

Booking Your Appointment:

  • Email your claim information to our office before your first appointment.

  • Include your date of injury, claim number, and the claim handler's contact information.

  • Once your claim is verified, we will contact you for the initial appointment.

Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Venmo/ Cash

We accept all major credit cards, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. We also accept Venmo and cash.

Cancellation / No Show

Tipping/ Gratuity

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required, or a $40 fee will apply for late cancellation or no-show.
