I bring more than 12 years of experience to my practice. My journey began in 2014 after graduating from Arizona College for Massage Therapy. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals, from those recovering from injuries to clients seeking relief from chronic pain or stress.

My approach blends clinical knowledge with a compassionate, patient‑centered mindset. I take the time to understand each person’s unique needs, tailoring every session to promote healing, restore balance, and enhance overall quality of life. Creating a space where they feel safe, supported, and truly cared for is at the heart of my work, and it continues to inspire me every day.

Technique Expertise

My career has been marked by a strong focus on clinical settings. For the majority of my professional journey, I worked closely with patients in chiropractic offices. Here, I specialized in treating individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries (L&I), and other medical conditions. My goal was to alleviate pain, restore mobility, and promote healing.

In addition to clinical work, I’ve also had the privilege of contributing to the serene world of spa environments. There, I honed my skills in relaxation techniques, stress reduction, and creating a soothing ambiance for clients seeking rejuvenation. My spa experience allowed me to blend therapeutic expertise with the art of pampering.
