How to redeem?

You’ll receive an email confirmation with your gift card code. Please have the code ready when booking your massage appointment.

Delivery time?

You’ll receive your gift card instantly by email. If it doesn’t arrive, please contact us directly for assistance.

Can I refund?

Refunds are not available for gift cards. They must be used within 6 months of purchase to ensure timely redemption. If you’re unsatisfied or need assistance, please contact us directly so we can help resolve the issue.

Can I personalize it?

Unfortunately, not at this time. We’re currently limited by the features available through our gift card provider.
